Venue and Logistics

Yes, there is free parking available on the school site. Parking spaces are limited to around 18, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. (see picture below)
We will always book the indoor sports hall for the party. In case of hot weather or heavy rain, the event will be held indoors. However, if the weather is good, we will host the party outside on the pitch or playground.

Parties booked will continue as normal even if it’s raining. If it’s heavy rain, we will run the event in the indor sports hall. However, if there is black or red rain, we will have to postpone the event to another date.

If a typhoon warning of T8 or above is in place at 7 am on the day of the event, we will postpone the party. A rescheduled date will be organized at no extra charge.

Yes, parents can sit pitch-side and watch the event. However, if the party is indoors, there is limited space available for parents to watch.

You can reach the venue by taking Bus 15 from Queens Road East (Wan Chai), a taxi from Wan Chai, Causeway Bay (10 mins), or Central (15 mins). If you prefer to drive, the address is Bradbury School-43C Stubbs Rd. Please note that parking space is limited.

Party Details

After the action-packed sports and games session, the children will be seated for birthday party food and drinks. The party area will be outside opposite the sports hall, with large round tables and umbrellas available for shade. In case of rain, we will set up the kids party area under a covered area.

Dough Bros are the current F&B supplier. They will provide pizzas, chicken wings, garlic bread, delicious doughnuts, and a soft drink for each child. If you have any other preferred suppliers, please check with us during the booking.

Yes, parents can purchase food and drinks from the same supplier as the children’s party food. Please request the adult menu for pre-ordering.

Parents may bring snacks and drinks, but no alcohol is allowed on site. Please speak to a member of the team for more details.

Yes, parents can arrive 45 minutes early to set up decorations. However, glitter or confetti is not permitted.

Yes, please ensure that all decorations and waste are bagged up and removed when leaving the venue. The Team Build Events party host will assist during cleanup. Please bring a couple of bin bags. Large rubbish bins are located at the car park gate main entrance.

Payment and Booking

Payment for the package of 10 kids is required in full to secure the booking. Final numbers need to be confirmed and paid 7 days in advance of the booking.

Yes, each additional hour will cost $940. However, this will not include a party coach. To add a party coach for more games and challenges, it will be an additional $500 per hour.

If the number of children exceeds 10, an additional $150 per head is charged. Extra children will receive the same service as the original 10 paid for. If there are more than 15 children attending the party, an extra coach will be required, costing an extra $500.

Team Build Events pay the restaurant the extra child fee in full based on the final numbers submitted. No refund can be issued if party guests do not arrive or cancel.

Party Activities

There will be 1 coach for every 15 children. An additional coach is needed when the party exceeds this number. There will be an extra $500 charged for the extra coach. The capacity available is up to 40 kids indoors and 80 kids outdoors.

A standard party booking runs for 2 hours. This includes 1 hour of inclusive games and challenges, and 1 hour for food, cake cutting, and photos. Please ensure that you are packed up and ready to leave the venue after 2 hour.

Children may play in a designated area informed by the coach/party host, but please note that there will not be organized activities or supervision provided during this time.

Safety and Security

The safety of the children is a top priority. The party coach will provide supervision and ensure that the activities are conducted safely. The venue also has safety measures in place, such as first aid kits and emergency procedures. However, it is important for parents to ensure that their children follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the party coach and venue staff.

Children should wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear for physical activities. It is recommended to wear sports shoes or sneakers. It is also advisable to bring a change of clothes in case they get sweaty or dirty during the games. Please remind guest to bring the following depending on the weather:- Bug spray, water bottle, sun cream and cap.

The party activities are typically designed for children between the ages of 3 and 15. However, it is best to check with the party organizers to ensure that the activities are suitable for the specific age group of your child.
