There is member parking at the SCAA but non-members can also use the car park. There is roadside parking along caroline Hill road indicated on the map there is also parking at Tung Wah Eastern hospital or Olympic House.
If there is light rain during a party booked on the rooftop pitch the event will carry on as planned. If the forecast is heavy rain, we advise parents to send children with waterproof clothing and a change of clothes. Parties booked in the multi-sports area will continue as normal, however if there is BLACK or RED RAIN then we will have to postpone the event to another date.

The inn side out restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the SCAA high block building. The venue will reserve seating and tables for all the children at the party. Parents can reserve seating direct with the restaurant but they require a minimum $200pp spend. If parents do not book with minimum spend then tables and chairs will be available on the terrace on a first come first served basis.
Parents may bring snack and drinks to the roof top pitch only. No outside food or drinks are allowed to be consumed at the Inn Side Out restaurant.
Yes, Parents can arrive 45 mins early to set up any decorations at the restaurant. Please check the restaurant opening times online. All decorations must be removed after the party.
If the number of children exceeds 10, an additional $150 per head is charged. Extra children will receive the same service as the original 10 paid for. If there are more than 15 children attending the party, an extra coach will be required, this costs an extra $500.
Team Build Events pay the restaurant the extra child fee in full based on the final numbers submitted. The restaurant will purchase and prepare all F&B based on this final number. No refund can be issued if party guests do not arrive or cancel.
There will be 1 coach for 15 children, an additional coach is needed when the party exceeds this number. There will be an extra $500 charged for the extra coach. Capacity available for up to 50 kids total.
A standard party booking runs for 2 hours. This includes 1 hour of inclusive games and challenges, and 1 hour for food and cake cutting and photo’s. You do not need to leave the restaurant exactly after 1 hour.
The rooftop pitch will go off an hourly hire rate, the cost is $2000 for an extra hour. This will include an extra hour to use the pitch, and fee for the coach.
The cost includes set up, take down and the cost of an extra staff member to assist 1 x inflatable = $1000
2 x inflatables = $1500
Bouncy castles are not permitted on the roof top or inside the restaurant currently
Please ask if you would like to hire more than 2 inflatables
Yes, you are more than welcome to. Please pass it to the staff at the Inn side out restaurant on arrival and they will store it in a cool place for you until you are ready to present it. Please bring your own candles and lighter.
Yes, drinks can be purchased from the restaurant on the day or in advance. Please request the menu and contact the GM directly to pre order food and drinks.
These are tailored to the age group of the children attending. Parents and children can also
request games when booking the party.
